Tickets Not Updated

Dear All

Good Day. I would like to create a dashboard or report that shows all tickets that has no update or comment from 5 days and after. I need basically to find the tickets that has no update within 5 days or older so i can notify the IT Support to comment.

@Theo Markou I'm not sure it is exactly what you're looking for but I would start by creating a filter like the following " updatedDate > "-5d" " and then use it in a dashboard.
