The share ticket by email button does not appear for all users

One of my user does not have the option of sharing a ticket  with others

2017-12-07 13-33-52.jpg  This button simply does not appear in the dashboard.  Any reason why ? I can't find a permission related to this option..

Hi @UPA Outils Logiciels ,

please check that user has  Global permission "Browse Users". Without that permission, an user is not able to share issues.
