Hi there,
we have updated our Jira system Sep 21, 2021 to version 8.19.1. Since this update we have had various problems with sending e-mails.
Initially, the e-mails were no longer sent to the project management, although this is entered in the role and also in the notification scheme. Then e-mails only arrived days later and no e-mails at all are sent to a certain e-mail address, although the notification helper claims otherwise.
Are we the only ones with this problem or is it a general problem?
We haven't changed anything in our settings, and yet it no longer works properly.
