Post function not working, to transition epic when linked issue transitions

Edited

I created a Post Function that transitions an Epic from Selected for Development to In Progress, whenever any issue in that Epic makes the same transition However when I perform the transition on the linked Issue, the Epic does not move. What am I doing wrong?

In this example, Big issue 1 is linked to Big Epic, as you can see in the screenshot

You can see that even though I transitioned issue 41 to In Progress, the parent epic is still in Selected for Development.

Victor,

Sometimes JSU does not fire off because other updates have not occurred on the issue yet. Have you tried moving the post function you created to step 2?

The issue is resolved - There were two transitions with the same name, and we were using the wrong one.
