We are in the process of moving domains from Company A to Company B. We are also tying into an ID management system, and will need to update all email addresses to the Company B's Domain. I could not for the life of me (and Im the admin) find where I can update the email addresses either one by one or en mass.
Any update is appreciated on how to update all the email addresses.
The steps to follow will depend on whether or not your current domain has been verified or not, and whether or not you're using Atlassian Access. It sounds as though you're reviewing Atlassian Access, in order to tie in with the identity provider/ID management system at Company B.
I'd reach out to Atlassian support for a chat, and to do some investigation work, as you don't want Jira issue permissions or Confluence page permissions as soon as you move.
