Jira plugin - Looking for Capacity management/tracking compatible with TestFlo/customized scope Edited

We are currently using TestFlo as test management system and we are looking for a capacity management plugin which is compatible with the tool.

What we need is a tool which can:

  1. Calculate people capacity based on their availability on % throughout a timeline which is not a sprint but another issue type having Start & End date (we are using "Test Plan" of TestFlo in our projects)
  2. The capacity is calculated with the field "Original Estimate"
  3. Allow to schedule tests for people, by auto-calculating if the assignee/stream is overloaded
  4. Track the consumed time vs planned capacity, which allows to check the progress status (if we are late or not)
  5. The scope of all calculation can be customized by JQL query in order to only take into account certain issue type in certain scope.

So far I have checked some tools such as Capacity tracker and Big Picture, but seems they

  • Capacity tracked - it looks well but seems it can be only used for Sprint, we need to track capacity for other different issue types under Jira
  • Big Picture - seems it can be managed with JQL filter, but I didn't manage to understand how is it working, it looks like more a project management tool than time management

It would be appreciated if someone could advise on this topic.
