Jira Datacenter - Windows How do you configure Stickyness within IIS between nodes

Hello all

Calling this out as I haven't been able to find a good answer for IIS (plenty for Apache/Nginx).

Windows shop with 2x nodes as a datacenter configuration. Crowd is installed and used for SSO.

IIS is used to load balance requests. How do you guarantee requests will only goto the one node? I.e. stickyness. We have set this within IIS settings but the crowd referral seems to undo our good work.
