Jira Cluster setup on docker - Unable to resolve Cluster Cache Replication error

Sasi Kumar March 9, 2019

I am running my Jira docker container's in a clustered environment. The cluster is active and the nodes are able to identify each other. But the Cluster Cache Replication is not happening. My cluster.properites is as below

jira.node.id=hostnameofthelinux
jira.shared.home=/opt/jira-shared-home
ehcache.listener.hostName=hostnameofthelinux
ehcache.listener.port=40001
ehcache.object.port=40011

I have exposed the ports while running the container. All the cluster checks have passed except Cluster Cache Replication. Also there are no firewalls setup for the ports

Hi Sasi,

I request to review this KB article on health checks information for JIRA data center and Cluster cache replication in case you've not gone through.

thanks
