I usually have to go create and internal ticket whenever client logs a ticket. What i do is, i create a linked issue and change the project. All the rest of the information appears on the ticket.
Recently with the interface changes that JIRA has been working on, i tried doing the same but the information on the Linked ticket is not appearing, and i have to fill the information manually in all the sections.
Is there a reason why this has happened ?
