Importing Issues via CSV with Labels

I'm trying to use the JIRA Import module to load new tickets via CSV, however for some reason I can't set labels in the CSV.  Labels is not an option that I can choose in the drop down when I start the import and set the mapping to values.    We are using JIM version 7.0.12 and JIRA version 6.4.9.

 

The docs say this should be doable, am I missing something?

It could be that the label field is not correctly associated with the screen you are using. To change it do this:

  1. Go to Fields Configuration page on your JIRA instance.
  2. At the Default Field Configuration, click on Configure

3. Locate affected field name
4. On the left of the affected field name, click on Screens
5. On the Associate field Issue Type to screens page, Select or Tick all screens. This will associate the affected field name to all screens.
6. Click update.
