Error 500-Internal sever for log work

Hi,

I'm unable to move few issues , getting 500-Internal server error. Issue with Log time decimals configuration.  This is what I followed.

1) Update the issues to TC Defined (Please update fields remaining 0.08h to 1h) here I'm just removing decimals

2) Save it

3) Edit it and update log time

But, this is a temporary solution, can we get solution on how we can avoid this error by changing the format. And, kindly let me know if it is a global change and does it impact other issue?

there is an existing issue with the decimal operator with jira --
