Hello,
I want to change the default issue type when I create a new issue. I thought it's the setting "Default Issue Type" in the Issue type schemes, but it won't work.
If I edit the settings to the desired Issue type, the default value when I create an Issue is still the old one. I also changed the succession, but also no change.
Is this a bug or is it my fault?
thanks
IT-Frastanz
It should be done as you have tried, by changing the default value in the Issue Type Scheme. Are you sure you have edited the correct scheme associated with that project?
Yes.
I checked it twice. I also made a new scheme with the correct setting and assigned it to the correct project. But nothing changed

Sounds like it could be a bug, you are certainly doing the right thing
