I am using Jira cloud. There used to be a user profile setting for choosing my home page. Now it always goes to the dashboard. Any ideas how to set this?

As far as I am aware, due to the new UI update on Jira Cloud, users are not able to set their home page.
You can submit feedback to Atlassian surrounding this topic, as well submit a request to bring the functionality back.
