Can you still export an Epic or Issue in Jira Cloud?

We just migrated both Jira and Confluence from on-prem to Cloud. But for some reason in the new view, I cannot find the ability to Export. There's a banner on the top that talks about new view changes. If I click "See the old view", then the "Export" icon is there.

So I wasn't sure if I'm missing it in the new view or if it hasn't been built yet.

It has not been built into the new view. Use the old view.

In case your goal is to export Jira issues to PDF format, you could also give Better PDF Exporter a try, which is already available from both views.
