Can't able to Mention other users?

Hi,

I'm facing an issue while i am trying to mention other users in a jira ticket. Whenever i am trying to use '@' symbol along with the name. It doesn't even showing the related names on the ticket.

But other persons can able to mention me on their tickets.

Check with your Jira Administrator that you have the 'Browse Users' global permission granted to you.

Hi - I am also experiencing this issue. There isn't a "Browser Users" permission. There is a "Browse Projects" but the user is within a group which has this access granted.

It's not a project level permission like "Browse Project" is, it's a Jira Global Permission across the instance:
