Hi Team,
Recently we have changed our JIRA url from HTTP to HTTPS . Post changes unable to synchronize JIRA to ALM using ALM Synchronizer. Following is the error:
ERROR #1- adapter.CONNECTION_FAILURE : Failed to connect to endpoint of type JIRA. Error: com.mercury.qc.gossip.exp.GossipServerException: adapter.CONNECTION_FAILURE : Failed to connect to endpoint of type JIRA. Error: com.hp.qc.synchronizer.adapters.exceptions.AdapterConnectionException: java.lang.RuntimeException: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target.. Please advice
Regards,
sunil
This is likely because the jira SSL cert is not imported in the JVM keystore of the ALM Synchroniser.
