Unknowing of the Pricing we added 2 more users to 10 existing users, in our payment we got to know it took 84$ but we want only 10 users, now we deleted the additional 2 users. But the amount got deducted for 12 users i.e., 84$ was deducted for this month. I would like to ask for the refund for the 2 users which I mentioned above.
