Hi,Is there any feature in jira where we can assign jira task to multiple team memebers so that everyone can view,edit and work on the project?

Hi Naga - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

No, there is no direct feature like that for the Assignee of a task. It can only be assigned to one person.

However, you can create a new custom field with the Group Picker (single group) type. Then you can create a group in the User Management part of Jira to add users to that group. 

Then you can populate the group in your new custom field.
