how to specify the port of images?

After updating Sofrware and Core to version 8.15, all thumbnails and other image previews stopped showing.

we have access to the jira server through port 8080, but when you view the link to the photo, it turns out that it is trying to connect to http://expample.ru/secure/useravatar?size=small&ownerId=user&avatarId=10800
If you specify the port manually - "http://expample.ru:8080/secure/", the thumbnails are loaded

how to set up image port?
