Where do you keep your Retrospective Notes in Jira?

After our first retro meeting I was looking for a place in Jira to add the notes I took, so everyone would have access to them. I can;t seem to figure out where the best place is to add these in Jira. Was wondering if anyone had suggestions?

The problem with keeping them in Jira is "where?".  Jira is focussed on issues, and a retrospective will usually be about many issues, so which one?

Most of us do retrospective write ups in Confluence, as the editor is more powerful, notes are easier, and there's even a template for it.
