What does EPIC mean and how can I find it out myself?

Hi Frank

Epics are very large stories that contain multiple major Tasks too large to be sub-task or which could have sun-tasks of their own.

It is an Agile term very very large tasks that may bend other Tasks to bring to realisation.

for example, an Epic could be launch Website. Under this we can have various tasks and sun-tasks that help us bring this to reality.

The biggest benefit of epics that I see is that it helps with planning and tracking progress.
