What are performance issues with Zephyr plugin and how to overcome it

Hi Team,

Zephyr tool is a good test management tool,no doubt on it. But I think there  are some performance issues, What are those issues? and could you please let us know how to overcome such issues? and also those issues only occurred on server and data center as well?.

It could be much appreciated if you can answer with all the details.

We just got tired of the performance issue. i tried to reach out to the support and they were suggesting to upgrade to Zephyr Scale or Enterprise plan instead of suggestion. So finally we are deciding to move to some other test management tool as we are finding at least 5-6 times faster tool then Zephyr for Jira.
