View Workflow for core projects

It will be nice to see in all business projects the view workflow button as for software projects without the New Jira Issue View. 

Having a complete layout of the entire workflow is most helpful, especially for new users.

Also, why having a Status description available in edit mode if you can't see that explanation in normal view? It will be good to see status description when moving your mouse to that status or transition, maybe as a tooltip. 

Hope this discussion opens up to an improvement to JIRA Team.
