UI confusion of new update on 30 August, 2018

When hover on "Created Time" and "Updated Time"  on the bottom right of ticket details page, it doesn't work properly.

- It shows "Updated Time" when I hover on "Created Time" and vice versa.

- When I hover repeatedly between two objects, the date tooltip doesn't change.
