Timezone in JIRA Board configuration

Hello Experts,

We have set EST timezone  for JIRA System and IST  for specific board in Working days option of board configuration.


Also, It is mentioned in Board configuration that Whatever settings we change in Working days----> they would apply  to the following reports: Burndown Chart, Sprint Report, Epic Report, Version Report, Control Chart; and the following gadgets: Sprint Health Gadget, Burndown Gadget.

But my concern is that reports still generating data as per EST.
Please help here
