Label is missing in the new view

I found out that there is no Label tab in the new view, which is very inconvenient for me to track particular tasks

I managed to add the label in the old view but it does not appear in the new one, only in ticket History

Can you please help me to sort this out? How can I add labels?

I had the same problem and just checked field configuration to include it as well to associate the field "labels" to my screens and the problem was solved.

This did not resolve the issue for me sadly.
