Jira v8.20.7 - Request to restore link to comment, delete, and edit buttons

In Jira 8.17 and later, the link to comment, delete, and edit buttons are no longer available.  Although there are workarounds to perform these actions, its a bit counterintuitive, especially the link to comment feature which requires you to extract the link via the comment time stamp.

Is it possible to add these buttons back in future JIRA releases or provide a more intuitive way to perform these actions.

hard agree. The current UI is very unintuitive. "Link directly to comment" is a critical feature used in many JIRA workflows, especially as the email-based notification system doesn't support context or threading of replies.
