CSV Import into Jira - Creating Sub-Tasks using Issue ID

  • Hi Team while importing the data from old instance to new instance i'm facing the problem.please check the below error and guide me how to solve it 

 

  • The value [ {null=Regulatory Affairs} ] can't be added to the Custom Field [ Service Line L1 -> Service Line L2 ]. The value [ {null=Regulatory Affairs} ] can't be found or is in the incorrect format

Check this Bug -> https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-41282 and the work around given in the ticket.
