Attach a file via JIRA API

Hi ,

We  are using the following version of Jira 

• Atlassian Jira Project Management Software (v7.11.0#711000-sha1:ff06e53)

and we are recording the calls in our external contact  center solution  while raising the ticket , we have an additional requirement of attaching the voice clips which is recorded .Is it possible to attach Voice clips  into Jira Ticket or Is there any API for the same ??

you can add voice clips like every other attachment.
