Roadmap Planner Macro

Love this macro and use it a lot, but it could be so much better.

Some ideas

• create a new bar in a specific lane instead of always placing it in the topmost one
• change bar style to greyed out or dotted line border to symbolize future/not committed etc items
• set start and end dates per bar item so they can be automatically placed on the timeline
• match lane height to items in current "view by" timeline only
• marker that's always placed at the current date
  
  

And a MUST HAVE requirement, why does the edit window have a fixed size?
It would be so much easier to use if the window would be resizable!!!
