Dear Support Team,

I am reaching out to you regarding an issue with accessing our project.
Recently, we encountered a problem logging into the system
(hadeli.atlassian.net) as we
received a notification that our paid subscription has expired.
However, we have always been using the free version and had no
intention of switching to a paid plan.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could restore access to our
project for one day so that we can address all the current issues. We
are willing to consider extending the subscription if necessary or
exploring alternative ways to preserve all the task-related data.

We highly value your understanding and prompt response to this matter.
We rely on your support and hope for a swift resolution to restore
access to the project.
