Looking for Jira Cloud Admins to Validate Jira Cloud Adoption Learning Journey and Admin Kit

The UNI team is supporting the Jira Cloud Adoption Onboarding efforts by different teams within CSI. In this vain, we developed a 12-weeks learning program for end-users who are new to Jira Cloud. Alongside, We are also developing a toolkit for Jira Admins to champion and facilitate the Jira Cloud Adoption Learning Journey.

We are looking for 5 to 10 current Jira Cloud Administrators to help us validate the learning journey we are recommending and provide input as to how best to support Jira Admin in facilitating the 12-weeks learning program.

We will need an hour of your time to participate in focus group discussion on Zoom to be organized sometimes before the end of the current month.

As a follow-up to the focus group discussion we held last quarter, I wanted to give you an update. I apologize for the delay in giving this update. We run into some technical LMS issues. Here is what we have been up to:

1- We have built station 1 and 2 of the learning solution for Jira Cloud On-boarding as a collection in the LMS. We labelled the solution “Adoption Training Package: Jira Software Cloud”. More details to come soon.

2- We are currently finalizing the Admin Cloud Adoption Kit to accompany the learning solution for new Jira Cloud users. 

3- We plan to pilot both the learning solution and the Admin Kit by early October then plan to launch the “Adoption Training Package: Jira Software Cloud” by the end of October.
