Atlassian support does not call customers, generally. Also, this is a user community, not a method to contact Atlassian support directly.

Do you know why your subscription was suspended? Did you receive an email about it, or did you see an error on the screen when you tried to access your Jira instance?

- Was it a Free subscription for which there was no activity for an extended period of time?

- Was it a paid subscription where billing could not be processed?
