Connect to LEO - Business Intelligence (“BI”) data warehouse from a Java application to read data

We have a usecase where we have to fetch JIRA-Align discussion data for compliance reasons. there is no API call that fetches that information today. But that information is present in LEO Data ware house.

Can we connect to that Data ware house from an external application and fetch data? is it a possible scenario?
