Hi @Iryna Dziadyk,

Thanks! I love the transparency here. This is an ongoing pain point with clients - understanding if page load performance is improving and to what extent.

That being said, Align is not a transactional system, like Jira or a bank app. It's designed to provide meaningful information to make informed decisions, so I would argue page load times are less relevant than the accuracy of the information presented.

Regards,
Peter

Hi @Peter Jessen

Glad to hear you are finding the transparency around performance valuable!  We plan to keep these performance updates coming so customers and partners alike understand where they can expect to see improvements and also areas that still require attention.

You did mention something unrelated to the scope of this specific article that we would love to help you did deeper into solving.  Please contact us directly so we can address any accuracy concerns you may have.

These are great @Iryna Dziadyk

Is it possible to publish these with a unique tag like the ja-performance tag that I've added to this article? This would help by allowing anyone to refer back to the tag for any Atlassian Jira Align performance pages (like this one) without having to refer to the all JA article list to find or skimming through the generic performance tag to find any specific to Jira Align.
