Is there a way to make linked issues update each other?

I have issues in two separate projects, they are for all intents and purposes the same issue just in two different teams' projects and they are linked. Does anyone know a way to make it so that if a team member in one project makes a comment that comment also appears on the issue in the other project?

Is this JIRA Cloud or JIRA Server? Do you have scriptrunner though? Otherwise do you have any other scripting addons?

That's not exactly what I'm looking for, thank you though. I need a way for the exact comment from issue "A" to be made on project "B"
