Recommendations for independent consultant or small firm in northeast?

We are looking for an independent consultant or smaller consulting group to help us reimplement Jira. We are in upstate New York by Albany. We are not interested in a long distance, remote relationship. We want to work with someone in our region that will make onsite work more viable than someone that has to fly in.
