Get All Zendesk Ticket Linked to JIRA

Hi,

I want to get the list of all Zendesk Issues linked to JIRA via API. If I can get the Zendesk Id or URL that will be great. I just need to know the linked Zendesk tickets to the particular JIRA.

I need to do exactly the same so any information about how this can be done would be greatly appreciated.
