@Chris Rivers - The link which i used is https://status.hipchat.com/?unsubscribe=5vmwvyvfhg3g have already raised a support ticket too https://support.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/32/HCP-17640
It seems there's an issue with some of the custom display logic we use on our status page. If you try going to https://hipchat.statuspage.io/?unsubscribe=5vmwvyvfhg3g instead, it should work for you while we work on fixing up the main page.
