Hi everyone,
If you find yourself in a similar situation, you may be able to reach out to a local HipChat admin in the company to either remove/install integrations, depending on use case.
To find a HipChat admin, log into your HipChat user account, select 'People' (either on the left hand side or in the middle of the page, depending on HipChat Server or HipChat Data Center) and all admin's have an 'admin' labeled next to their name. Reach out to them for help!

I can see you are one of the admins in your group. Because of that, I went ahead and transferred the group ownership to your account. With this, you should be able to manage all integrations now.
Please, log off and log in again from HipChat to see the change.
