I performed a check on my end and verified that there is no HipChat Cloud account associated with your email address. So, can I please double confirm that you are using HipChat Server / Data Center on your end instead?
Additionally, may I know if you have checked the spam / junk folder for the activation email? Depending on the configuration of the mail server, you should receive an email that looks like this as an example:
If you have backend access, I would like us to go through the steps in the Troubleshooting emails fail to be sent out from Hipchat Server KB to narrow down the possible root cause to this as well.
