unable to Login over HipChat Web or HipChat Application, same works fine Mobile App.

have tried multiple ways to login over Web as well as the desktop application. I keep getting error as "We don't recognize that email address. Check it for typos or try your group's domain."

our HipChat admins told to try reseting the password, which still not working for me. Have anyone came across similar issue? and workarounds?

Please open a support ticket with the HipChat team and we'll be able to further assist you with the login issue. In the ticket, please include the email you're using for HipChat and the group URL you're trying to log in to.
