migration from "hosted" to "cloud" hipchat: how to import our user data?

My company has tried "hosted" hipchat and likes it, but would like to migrate to "cloud" hipchat.

how do we import our user data to the cloud?  or alternately, is there any way (if we were to map a port and whitelist the hipchat.com IPs) to integrate with our local AD server?

Hey there, Andrew. Sorry but as of now, we don't have any functionality in HipChat Server that allows export of data to HipChat Cloud. I'm afraid that you will need to start from scratch. sad

Hi, I'm looking for the same. Has there been any update that allows the import to HipChat Cloud from Server since the question was first posted ? Thanks!
