internal server error when trying to create a dialog in hipchat using postman

i tried to create a dialog using postman but it is showing me :500 ,internal server error

Check your /var/log/hipchat/coral.log on the HipChat Server for any clues as to why. If you're still stumped, feel free to file a support ticket at getsupport.atlassian.com and we should be able to help out.
