I used to be able to mention a JIRA issue in my main HipChat room and the ticket summary appeared. It stopped working. Any ideas on what happened or how to fix this? I would also like to know if there to have the JIRA issues mentioned in private chats?
Looks like you've been affected by a bug we found on the latest Cloud release - detailed information at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-44865
The fix should be deployed on Cloud instances next Monday, but you can file a ticket in support.atlassian.com if you want us to update the plugin on your instance.
