hipchat has stopped working

One of our users gets this error.  Can't find reference to cause.  Any clue as to probably source of error?

Sorry.  I'm only relaying an error on behalf of one of our users.  Have tried uninstalling and re-installing with same result.  Here is a screen snapshot of the error.

I'm afraid "stopped working" doesn't tell us anything about the error.  Could you explain?

Ok, that's a pretty generic crash message from Windows.  I'd start with the details drop-down at the bottom of the message, but that's likely to be technical.  If it's of no help, I'd go to Atlassian support (and give them all the technical stuff) - https://support.atlassian.com
