failed to determine addon_key when creating integration

I'm building a slash-command HipChat integration. Any time I try to save the integration, I get an error message saying that there was a problem. In the details, HipChat says "failed to determine addon_key". What does this mean?

The integration was created with Hipchat's web interface, not via a descriptor.

Ahhh. I understand you are using the BYO integration. Just tested it locally, worked fine for me. Could you please try it again, if you still have a problem can you create a support ticket and we will help you out (might need some debugging)

You can't have parameters. Breaks everything.
