cannot reset password in hipchat email not existing


I created my HipChat user, with my company email address. Then I signed-out. And now on I am unable to log in again. So I tried reset password, it says There is no account with that email address.

OK then I try to recreate my user from scratch with the same company email address. It says I cannot create a new user as there is already a user created with this very same email address


Is there anyway to delete completely my user, so I can create a new one and I will never sign out again?
