Hello Mike,

I am using many Atlassian products since last 2 years, its good managed compare to other. How do you manage such deployments easily. I got problems sometimes but i can identify easily with your update notification. I am windows phone user. When i will be lucky to have Atlassian products on my WP8.

Curious to know.

But part of the answer is reasonably simple - Atlassian uses Bamboo to do a lot of the build and deployment work and have written quite a lot about it on this at https://www.atlassian.com/continuous-delivery/

As for 'phone support, it's something they're working on, but I don't know the extent of that.
