Why don't I get a push notification when a Service Desk ticket creates a JIRA message in the Hip Chat room?

I am currently not getting a push notification when a service desk ticket creates a JIRA message in my Hip Chat room.  I am getting push notifications for all other messages received in that room, just not the JIRA messages.

This widget could not be displayed.

Found it.  It was in the project settings of the JIRA project.  Had to click HipChat integration, edit the Project inside that window, and then click on the "Notify users in the room" box.
